Nile Bank for Trade and Development
Nile Bank for Trade and Development was established on November 11, 1982 under the name of the Islamic Cooperative Development Bank with a special law to be a supporter and financier of the cooperative movement, and began its banking business in June 1983 as the first public sector bank "at that time" by providing all banking and investment services focusing on the development and financing of the cooperative movement in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
